Established in 2019, Technotendo (Pty) Ltd. is a wholly Black female owned company consisting of three directors with over 70 years career experience whose passion is to actively participate in the radical economic transformation thereby releasing the latent economic potential globally.
The directors have expertise in, among others, automotive, logistics, financial services, banking, infrastructure, property development, government stakeholder relations, security cluster, diplomatic relations, aviation engineering, economic development, as well as sector specific know-how in a number of sectors.
Fezeka Nompumza
Fezeka is an operational expert and strategist across all spheres of business areas with a demonstrable history having worked in financial services and most recently in one of the leading construction companies in South Africa. She has in excess of 21 years’ working experience with 11 years of senior management experience. Fezeka has chaired various governance Committees amongst others, the Corporate Social Responsibility, the BEE Compliance, the Operations as well as the Health and Safety Committees. Fezeka is also a Board member of the Goldwind 4 Renewable Energy (Pty) Ltd – an international enterprise specializing in wind turbine generators, R&D and manufacturing of its innovative leading edge wind turbine technology; Permanent Magnet Direct-Drive (PMDD). She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree and certificate in Senior Management Programme from the University of Cape Town and UCT Graduate School of Business, respectively. She is a strong stakeholder management professional skilled in setting up operations, strategic business planning, analytical skills, management, leadership, client relationship management and risk management. Fezeka has also conceptualized numerous strategies geared towards growth (both inorganic and organic), innovation and optimisation. She has also overseen the practical implementation thereof as well as evaluated the effectiveness of the business plans supporting the strategy. Her key competences and abilities are creativeness (ability to create ideas and generate solutions), assertiveness, integrity, internal drive to succeed and the ability to use own initiative, empowering others, especially women and contributing to the team success .
Mbulelo Gwintsa
Mbulelo has more than 15 years’ in the aviation and logistics sector. A mechanical engineer by trade, Mbulelo has worked in the South African Air Force providing motor and diesel mechanical services. He has extensive experience and competencies in the engineering field. He was part of the team that reviewed and improved risk management processes as well as strategies to embed risk management in the South African Air Force. He has competencies in the evaluation of internal control environment and governance structures, organizational performance monitoring and business processes to improve operational effectiveness. Whilst working for Bavuse Engineering & Welding works, Mbulelo was tasked with managing all the logistics processes ensuring the clients’ needs and expectations are met. Mbulelo holds N5 Mechanical Engineering from Northlink College.
Vusi Nong
Vusi has more than 30 years’ in the public sector with the majority gained in the security sector and diplomatic relations. He is a stakeholder relations expert both in the private and public sector. He has worked in various government departments holding senior positions such as the Department of Agriculture, State Security Agency and Department of International Relation and Cooperation. Vusi is an expert in policy review and implementation, strategic planning and implementation, project management, financial management (PFMA) as well as management & leadership skills. Vusi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Witwatersrand. .
